Momcozy offers a 30-day no-reason return policy for unused and unopened products with intact packaging. Returns must include all original accessories and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are excluded from this policy.

Exchange Policy

Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.
