Targeted pain relief, ergonomics and length:Previous Version: Only one belly support (a bulged area on the side) ?C it may not align perfectly with individual hip or knee spacing, sometimes leaving a gap that requires stuffing a pillow between the knees. For those who turn during the night, the opposite side does not have belly support.
