Worked great for my first weeks postpartum. I used gel and then would put these over top and it really helped with soreness and healing. Really soothing if you keep them in the fridge too.

These patches have been a saving grace!I dont leak so I use these and the cooling effect is very nice. I wish they came with a few more. They loose stickiness after you remove them for the 5/6time so I just have to place them in my bra after that. Not leak proof, they will absorb a little bit. Very easy to use. The size is great they are pretty big.
