Customers say these inserts make pumping more comfortable and effective when properly sized. Many reviews mention having to purchase them separately from their main pump, wishing they were included initially. While some users report sizing mix-ups and fit issues, most find them easy to clean and use. The inserts get kudos for versatility, with users noting they work with multiple pump brands. Some customers express disappointment about receiving single inserts instead of pairs, expecting a two-pack. The silicone material gets mixed feedback - while most find it comfortable, a few note it's quite thin. Customer service experiences vary widely - from quick replacements to unresponsive support. Common praise focuses on the improved comfort and better seal these provide, though a handful of users report issues with inserts falling out or not working as expected. A playful note: even pet mishaps lead to repurchases, with both cats and dogs apparently finding these irresistible!
My dog chewed parts to my first one so I had to order a replacement and works great

Wonderful customer service
This pump is amazing to begin with, works as well as my hand held one, just be careful when bending and how active you are so you don't leak milk into the pump. But after using for several months the suction began to fade. Momcozy has replaced the pump for me twice now and quickly. They stand by their product which is amazing to me. So so happy with their customer service. ??
