I actually picked these up for my daughter in law for nursing her first baby, my first grandchild, due later this year. As a breast feeding mother of two boys myself once upon a time, I am really familiar with the experiences and pain of clogged ducts and sore breasts. I thought this was a nice step up from cabbage leaves that I used back in my day, before such advancements in therapy had been accomplished.
Pros:
Decently made with good quality materials.
Optional hot or cold pack ability to assist with a number of breast ailments.
The covers are easy to put on and manufactured from a viscose/cotton blend making them fairly cooling and decently soft.
Covers can be washed on regular machine settings but should be laid flat to dry to maintain shape.
These keep their temp for a decent amount of time offering more extended periods of comfort.
Cons:
Size may be a problem for some. These are fairly decent size, I'd say potentially 'average'. I'm a size 'C' cup and they fit pretty perfect with the top portion of the 'tear drop' shape reaching around nicely towards my underarm giving my breast an overall decent coverage. For smaller sizes these might run a bit large and for larger cups, you might have to slide them around occasionally to reach other places or use both for one breast. If you are looking for relief from breastfeeding these are definitely the perfect pads for you. I really like that out of the box they are fairly large which makes them useable for women of all sizes and when it comes to its cold and hot feature really my only minor complaint was that leaving it in the fridge caused it to become slightly hard and icy.

These hot/cold pads are perfect for mamas in need of relief. They are a nice size, allowing for mamas everywhere to be able to soothe their sore breasts. They can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer, so you can achieve relief in a way that works best for you in that particular moment. Theyre easy to wipe down and the fabric pockets can be washed in the washing machine. Dont dry them in the dryer though, just to be safe. They feel like they are made of quality materials and will be sturdy enough to last through having several babies. I would highly recommend these pads.

I use these for aids in pumping; if you heat them up they are awesome for an additional let down when pumping; using it once you've already easily let down. They are easy to put in the microwave and heat up, and I've used the other one for a general ice pack. They aren't obvious as to what they could be used for so it's not awkward. Works well either way, hot or cold!

These are larger than I expected them to be. Its nice because for me they provide pretty full coverage. Rather than microwave I just set these in very hot water for a bit and they worked great. I found if I put these in the freezer, they were just way too stiff to be able to manipulate them, so I put in the refrigerator instead and they work fine that way although Im sure they dont stay cold for near as long as frozen ones. The covers are nice. They are soft and non irritating. These are great for relieving engorgement or clogged ducts.
