L'ajustement des soutiens-gorge d'allaitement
En règle générale,ajoutez une taille de bonnet et une taille de dos à votre taille de soutien-gorge habituelle avant la grossesse. Ainsi, si vous portez habituellement un 32C, commencez par essayer un 34D. Ces soutiens-gorge doivent être confortables dans leur version la plus serrée, tout en vous laissant une grande marge de manœuvre pour ajuster la taille au fur et à mesure que vous grandissez.

I like the way this bra fits. I feel well contained and supported, but not uncomfortable. It's hard for me to get the right fit on bras with standard sizing because I have bigger breasts than my ribcage, so I feel like I could have maybe gone up a size. Pre-pregnancy I was a 34 DD, but now I'm closer to a DDD I think. I likely should have actually measured before ordering, or at least tried on one of my real bras to see how my body changed. I think the size chart is accurate and I just mis-judged my new size. I recommend this nursing bra though just know your size before you order and use the size chart.

This bra is true to size and extremely comfortable. I was surprised by it. The fabric is soft and feels good in the skin. The sizing is accurate. I think they are when it comes to my sizing. I got the plus size 3XL and it fits beautifully. Im a size 18-20 depending on the Jean style. Im a XL-XXL depending on the top and this bra works perfectly for me. It wasnt uncomfortable or anything. I could have gotten a smaller size but I like the larger size because it makes wearing the bra and using a breast pump way more comfortable when there is space. The pads inside of the bra are NOT removable so if thats an issue for you take that into consideration. You can cut out the pads if they are too uncomfortable. This also came with an extra extender. I was surprised by that. If you happen to get a larger size and its a little too tight its okay because they equipped you with a bra extender. I would recommend hand washing or washing on the super delicate cycle to make sure you make your bra last as long as possible. Its a thin bra so it doesnt take up much space. Its a really nice bra and can be used well after nursing is over. Fitting in a nursing pad doesnt make this bra uncomfortable which is nice because some bras feel bulky when you add a nursing pad. Its even comfortable when you attach a hands free pump. The thick band wrapped around you allows you to feel like the bra is holding you and is secure. The straps are adjustable so you can set it to fit comfortably on your shoulders…
