FTM. My nips were super cracked and bleeding while learning how to nurse properly. I put these on right after breastfeeding - they keep them moist and sanitized (due to silver), I felt immediate relief after a couple of hours - by the next nursing session it was already easier. Less than 24 hours later and I feel good, breastfeeding no longer hurts.
